I didn't realise that was banworthy but I guess it sort of makes sense. There were no guidelines I could see anywhere but I'm really not bothered. As Big Dan said, unless it's Mac, Tech, gaming, etc. It won't get dugg/read anyway. No big deal. I'm off to check out stumbleupon! Basically digg requests/exchanges are spam. I'm not knocking you, I've participated in them too. :) Sadly, webmasters are responsible for ruining a majority of these "hey look at this site" services: Digg, Stumble, Reddit, etc but doing exchanging & submitting their own sites over and over again to gain PR or get a few extra adclicks.
