Web 2.0 Gradient Styles – Free PSD Download

So, it’s time to forget about PageRank and make a new PSD download. Here are 5 gradients I crafted today. These are not just gradients in .grd format, these are full styles, with light stroke, shading, inner glow and bevel to outline them a bit and of course, mild, typical to web 2.0 design schemes, gradients. 1. Light blueish lilac, 2. Soft magnolia pink, 3. Whitish metal, 4. Light leaf green and 5. Rainy blue sky. As a bonus, you also get the “free download” button included.

    can u please tell me how to extract any 1 gradient from this psd.
    sorry i m a bit n00bish in photoshop

    The One, open the file in Photoshop and you will see the 5 styles as separate boxes. Select one of them from and go to layer styles. Save it as a new layer, give it some new name, like style34387545, and then you will see it in your layers palette. From that point, you can access the gradient and style at any time. Hope this helps, please ask if you have any more questions :)

    but.. exactly.. what are gradients used for?
    I’ve never understood their use.
