Does it Matter where to go?

I always wondered, when one decides to travel to Europe, is there really a big difference between the cheap hotels across the countries? I mean, if price is a factor, does it really matter weather you stay in London Hotels, or Berlin Hotels, or even Paris Hotels? If you pay a cheap price and your aim is to see the city, it doesn’t really matter where to sleep and how, after all you only need the hotel for sleeping and not for staying there the whole day, so I personally think it doesn’t matter weather you stay in fancy London Hotel or one of the cheap Barcelona Hotels — you will still enjoy your trip, regardless the season, destination or accommodation. Most important is — who you are traveling with!
