Hopefully the sites that make them will get zeroed in PR and drop out of the SERPS. Anybody who can design well would sell their templates / themes for money and sell the same theme over hundreds of times, and make more money than selling sponsored links in that same theme. I say it good to get rid of these hacks and let real designers make some money. Any good designer would either sell a design hundreds to thousands of times or create a membership site where thousands of people pay a monthly feel to access your themes.
