Eco Leaf: Light Nature WordPress theme

It’s been a while since the last time I released a nice and neutral wordpress theme, but here is it — Eco Leaf. This is a “small potato”-based theme, with pleasant green and gray colours-scheme. 2 columns, fixed width, widgets ready and easy to customize for your needs, if needed. I really like this theme
But what are the rules about the links at the bottom.
I’m currently designing a website for a local charity and I’m guessing they don’t want any kind of advert or link – except maybe a link to the creators website.

I also notice the them has a funny navigation bar in IE7.
