Are you allowed to distribute themes with these headergraphics from istockphoto?

I have to say that I am am so grateful that I found your blog, you really are an amazing designer! I currently have a free wordpress blog, and I’m considering upgrading to a hosted one. Especially now that I see all of the potential available for having a really cool design. Please let me know if you have or will ever have a travel related “tropical beaches” theme. I want to be the first!
