Unlike MySpace or any other group social networks, facebook profile can’t really be customized and personalized. It’s just a standard layout where you can drag and drop the existing, identical in nature content boxes. So, want to have your FaceBook slightly pimped?

One of the options is deviantART Skin based on the official deviant art colours scheme, this skin changes the default FaceBook layout dramatically. For this, you’re going to need the Firefox plugin called “Stylish“. The idea is to give your Facebook a little more vivid look, less facebookish and more deviantartish. More details here, this also won the Daily Deviation, 2007-08-18 badge.

I am excited to announce that the official theme running on my other blog — Site Device, will now be offered for a free download. So, what you get here? Very pleasant and sleek design that would suit most of internet / mobile / technology related blogs as well as practically anything hardware or devices-related. The theme was tested on IE6, IE7, Opera, FireFox and Safari. There should not be any capability issues, however, if you run into any, please comment below, I would be happy to fix it, if I can.
You may use the theme on your website freely, as long as you keep the footer link intact. If you wish to modify it and create your own theme using this one as a basis, please contact me first or reserve the footer link to toptut.com as a credit. To obtain a branding-free version (without footer links) of this theme for only $8, please email me to lorelei [at] loreleiweb [dot] com.

This is the most recent theme I have made for my other, much more crappy blog — Nowg.net. Perhaps this is the most minimalistic design I have ever made, it’s very simple, very easy and in my opinion also stylish.
The theme is called IndividuaLiza, due to being mine and individual. How original, ain’t it I might, and probably will, make a similar theme for a free download, though of course will a different header graphic, since this is the zest of the theme.

It’s been a while since I designed a logo for anyone recently, but today I made a nice logo for a friend of mine from 4webz.com. This blog (4webz.com) has been redesigned recently, and now uses Moses theme. I just thought 4 leaf clover will accompany a “4″ webz website nice and luckily Tom approved of my idea. I might get to design a few more logos soon, and will post them here as they come.

New Free Download! Right from the oven, 10 Rss Feed Icons / Badges I just created. They are rather big and come in .png format, means they are transparent and won’t have pixelated and annoying edges. The zipped folder contains 10 badges in same size as you see in the preview above. You are free to use them

A week ago I submitted my theme to nomination at Lunar Pages Blog design contest and a few days ago I noticed that my design got selected and is now nominated up for a vote. I am really excited they picked Perfec[TOM] and really hope it will make it at least to the next round of the vote.
You can participate too, if you design WordPress themes, and submit your entries before its too lat. All you need is a good free WP themes at hands, and you have a chance of winning $1000 and 5 years of free hosting.
If you don’t have a design to nominate, just participate in voting, all the designs this week are stunning! Fingers crossed for Perfec[TOM]…
Perhaps one of the sleekest layouts I have made recently, but then again, I say it about every theme I create, and then out do myself the next morning, or so I think. Anyway, this one is called PerfecTOM, named after my dear friend Tom and featuring a vector that my other very dear friend made — Kyle.
